STUDIO POLICY

  • Payments to Cybersound must be made by credit/debit card, cash, PayPal (cyber.sound@verizon.net), Venmo (@Cybersound), or Cash App ($PerryGeyer).
  • ​Personal checks are not accepted.
  • A deposit equal to half of the entire scheduled time (or 1 full hour if only 1 hour is scheduled) is required in order to book a session. If the session is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours beforehand, the deposit will be retained as payment. No exceptions.
  • ​Clients will be charged for all hours booked. Please be punctual for session start times, taking into consideration traffic, parking, public transportation delays, etc. Also be aware that sessions must end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late. We are steadily booked throughout the day and need to allow the next session to start as scheduled. We encourage you to send any files necessary for the session ahead of time so that we can have everything downloaded and ready to go at the start of your session time.
  • ​No smoking is permitted inside the building as we share it with other businesses and must be respectful of our neighbors.
  • ​Cybersound is not responsible for retaining client files after the session ends. Please be sure to bring a laptop, hard drive or flash drive for session backups.
  • ​Studio time must be scheduled in order to make any requested back ups after your session. Studio rates will apply.
  • ​All balances due must be paid in full before any files are released.
  • ​Any damage to studio, building, or equipment made by anyone present during the session will be the client's responsibility. Don't invite people you don't trust to act appropriately.
